Terms of use
Effective November 6, 2026. These terms describe the Client Onboarding POC pilot. Questions: [email protected].
Use an account you control
The service is available to invited clients and approved workspace operators. Connect only accounts you control and are authorized to use. Keep invitation links private. Workspace assistants may manage only clients assigned to them and must obtain the client's own approval for account access and tasks.
Approve the work before it starts
The client connection page lists the selected newsletters, channels, required Google permissions, and relevant publisher notices. Choosing Connect Google & start approves those tasks and the linked publisher terms and disclosed emails. Review the privacy policy before connecting. The app performs the approved tasks and shows their results; login, account verification, and Google consent remain under your control.
Third-party services
The service uses Google sign-in, Gmail, and YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Publishers apply their own terms and privacy policies to newsletter subscriptions. Google and publishers control service availability and may require additional verification.
Pilot availability
This is a limited pilot. Some tasks may fail, be delayed, or need workspace review. A submitted signup is not treated as a confirmed subscription without supporting evidence. The service makes no promise to improve an account's reputation or standing with another platform. Use it for the subscriptions you actually want.
Stop or disconnect
You may disconnect Google on the client page or revoke access in your Google account. Your workspace operator can pause or stop the checklist. These controls stop future work; requests already sent and completed subscriptions cannot be undone by disconnecting. Unsubscribe through the publisher or YouTube if you no longer want a subscription. Contact support to request deletion of stored client data.
